Account Management

Change your password

To change your Tenkew password, login and navigate to “Account” on the side menu and click the “Change Password” button. After you change your password you will be logged out and required to re-login with your new password. 

Cancel your trial or account

To cancel your Tenkew trial or account, login and navigate to “Account” on the side menu and click the “Cancel Subscription” button. After you cancel your account, you will continue to have access until your current monthly billing period ends. 

Update credit card

To update your billing details, login and navigate to “Account” on the side menu and click the “Update” button.

Boolean Operators

Tenkew supports the following search operators:

Allows you to group keywords together and control the search order of operations.

This indicates that the search words you have entered must appear within a certain number of words of each other (usually between 1-20)

Note: OR, AND, NOT, W must be capitalized.

Will return results of anywhere “fcpa” or “foreign corrupt practices act” and “investigation” appears anywhere in the document.

Will return results of the appearance of “sfo” or “serious fraud office” within a 50 word proximity of investigat* inside a document.

Will return results of anywhere “internal investigat*” is within a 50 word proximity to “cybersecurity” or “breach” or ransomware* within a document.

If this is your first time using boolean search, they best way to learn is to play around with it. Start with a simple query, and then add complexity like: 

  1. Germany
  2. Germany AND Austria
  3. (Germany OR Austria) AND import license” 
  4. ((Germany OR Austria) AND import license”) W/20  (revok* OR approv*)

Alerts

Creating a new alert

If you have performed a search and would like to save it to receive future alerts of filings that match, simply click the “Save Search” button on the search results page, enter a name, and select how you would like to receive the alerts. 

Edit alert

To edit an alert, navigate to the “Saved Searches” page from the left menu. Locate the alert you would like to edit then click “Edit.” Here you will be able to change the search parameters, name, and how you receive the alerts. When you’re finished, click “Save.”

Delete alert

To delete an alert, navigate to the “Saved Searches” page from the left menu. Locate the alert you would like to edit then click “delete.”
